As General Counsel, Nathalie Dubois is responsible for legal issues, data protection, public affairs, risk and ethics, as well as the Group’s CSR strategy.
Nathalie joined Fnac Darty in 2017 as Group Legal Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors, and her remit was expanded to include data protection in 2024. On March 1, 2026, she took charge of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Risk, and Public Affairs teams and joined the Group’s Executive Committee.
Nathalie Dubois holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation and a Master of Science in « Strategy and Design for the Anthropocene ». Before joining Fnac Darty, she held various legal positions at Monceau Assurances, the M6 Group, and then TF1, two listed companies, where she developed solid experience in corporate and governance issues.
