The Fnac Darty Academy is a training centre whose objective is to develop the skills of internal employees and franchisees, in support of the company’s performance. With long/short and/or multimodal programmes, the training Academy tailors its certified programmes and teaching methods to the needs of the Group and its various sites. The Fnac Darty apprenticeship training centre (CFA), opened in 2022, aims to welcome and train future home appliance repair experts across France. It enables trainees to acquire skills aligned with field requirements, the specificities and innovations of the home appliance sector. Upon completing their training (9 to 14 months), learners obtain a Professional Qualification Certificate as a Home Appliance and Multimedia Repair Technician (CQP TREM), a Connected Home Appliance Service Technician (TSEC) certificate, and, with our partners, an Electronic and Electrical Equipment Repair Advisor (RC3E) certificate or a Home Appliance and Audiovisual After-Sales Technician (TAVEA) certificate.
