With a post-graduate degree (M.Phil) and a Master’s degree in corporate law, Tiffany Foucault began her career in 2001, successively holding positions as HR Manager and HR Project Manager in groups such as Coca-Cola Company and GE Healthcare. In 2013, she joined the BIC Group where she held various HR positions. Initially, she developed and redefined the HR strategy and organization for European distribution subsidiaries and set up a structuring program for developing sales and customer service skills to improve performance. More recently, Tiffany has played a key role in the transformation of the BIC Group, contributing in particular to the creation of the Supply Chain department, on a global level, for all product categories.
