Darty and Rakuten France have signed a partnership agreement that will strengthen Darty’s omni-channel strategy by increasing its web presence and allow Rakuten’s customers to benefit from Darty’s high-quality products and services via its marketplace.
Thanks to this collaboration, Darty will reach almost 15 million new users a month and Rakuten France will see its offering enriched with products carefully selected by Darty.
Rakuten shoppers will now also be able to choose from the full range of Darty’s multimedia, telephony, domestic appliance and connected health/beauty products as they are gradually added to the site.
Another major plus: Darty’s services, including delivery and installation, are now also available to Rakuten customers.
